As a Production Welder, you’ll be a key part of our manufacturing team—producing high-quality welded components while meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals.

What You’ll Do

· Perform production welding by positioning, fitting, and welding metal parts using fixtures, jigs, and standardized work instructions

· Perform sanitary TIG welding on stainless steel piping systems

· Use proper purging and back-gas techniques to maintain internal weld cleanliness

· Produce full-penetration welds with proper bead profile and minimal discoloration
